Do we get a value for what we pay? Apologies to those ussb2.0 already know all this stuff but there are obviously a few people in this thread who lack experience in searching for and installing drivers.

After many attempts to resolve I had my tech uninstall imaging device USB2. I’ve spent more hours than I care to contemplate trying to sort this out with a PC-illiterate parent in Africa on the end of a slow internet connection. You will need to force azurewwave past the stupid Microsoft statement that their driver is the latest.
Sorry, but for some old laptops, the win 7 drivers are not compatible with win 10 Idem with the others made for Vista.
The ASUS tech support page has a number of drivers for the various cameras that might have been installed in azurewqve laptop. Thank you for this. I’ve tested it using the MS camera software and Skype.
